Prove Yourself Wrong!

Tip of the day: “Make a habit of proving yourself wrong!”

Think of something you don’t believe you can do… or can’t do ANYMORE. Then try to do it! Something safe, something positive! Set the goal (reasonably) and give yourself a week to accomplish it. You’ll be surprised to find out the extent of what you can DO if you just try!!!!
